The Cheetah is being sued by a former entertainer who claims the Atlanta Strip Club is a center for organized crime where dancers are drugged so high-end patrons can rape them, according to the lawsuit.
Alison Valente, who worked at The Cheetah says she witnessed the corruption first hand in 2010 to 2015. In her lawsuit, she also claims there is a “secret menu” from which patrons order illicit drugs and sex acts from entertainers. She further explains that girls who are unwilling to perform sexual acts are unknowingly given a date rape rug. This is known as the “Bill Cosby Special”.
In court documents, Valente states at least 7 women were sexually assaulted; one by the club’s owner and one by an assistant to a city official. Valente says she was drugged at least twice and claims managers tried to convince her she willingly engaged in lewd acts.
Valente also stated she was ultimately fired in 2015 for blowing the whistle on the illegal activity taking place at The Cheetah.
Attorneys for The Cheetah, Steve Sadow and Kevin Ward, claim Valente is a disgruntled, fired entertainer who has privately demanded $5 million for personal revenge and financial gain. Valente says she doesn’t want any money, just the club to be shut down for its
illegal activity and abuse to women.
